The company is a significant contributor to maintenance agreements.
The Team Leader in Maintenance Operations is responsible for managing the maintenance contract at the client's facility, supported by a team of 2 to 3 maintenance technicians. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and overseeing maintenance activities
- Ensuring quality and timely execution of tasks
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives
- Participating in client meetings
- Expanding the contract scope with the client
- Providing technical guidance and support to the team
Qualifications required include a degree in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or industrial systems maintenance, along with prior experience in team leadership and management of maintenance contracts.
This position is office-based.
