Quality Assurance Specialist for INVEST Initiative

As part of the European Alliance INVEST – INnoVations for rEgional SusTainability, EPSM Sarthe is committed to fostering sustainable regional development through innovative educational practices and new training programs.
The Quality Assurance Specialist (M/F) will join the European University team, collaborating closely with the Vice-President for INVEST and under the guidance of the INVEST team manager.
This role entails overseeing the quality assurance framework, evaluating the outcomes and impact of all INVEST initiatives for EPSM Sarthe, in accordance with the responsibilities outlined in WP2 – Quality Assurance, led by the University of Agribusiness and Rural Development (UARD) in Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities:
Mission 1:
- Supervise all INVEST Work Packages related to quality assurance.
- Engage in the continuous enhancement of the quality assurance policy within the scope of WP2.
- Ensure the integration and standardization of quality benchmarks within the INVEST alliance.
- Assist in drafting deliverables pertinent to these responsibilities in English.
Mission 2:
- Coordinate EPSM Sarthe's involvement in INVEST quality assurance initiatives.
- Implement the established quality assurance policy and standards at EPSM Sarthe.
- Utilize quality monitoring tools for all EPSM Sarthe activities, including risk management and training.
- Facilitate and oversee the quality taskforce at EPSM Sarthe.
- Provide statistics and indicators for INVEST interim and final reports, along with internal university reports.
- Monitor performance metrics for ongoing quality enhancement.
- Track the self-assessment framework in teaching, research, governance, and student engagement.
- Participate in national and European quality networks.
- Stay informed on European policies and guidelines and offer training in this area.
- Promote awareness of quality issues within the EPSM Sarthe community.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree.
- Knowledge of the French and European higher education and research landscapes.
- Strong understanding of European quality assurance frameworks.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality monitoring is preferred, ideally in a European/international context.
- Proficiency in English and a B2 level in French.
- Competence in information systems and office automation tools.
- This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract, offering an attractive benefits package including:
