Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily functions of the production facility, including operational activities and associated responsibilities such as inventory management, microbiological assessments, and routine inspections.
- Authorize the release of pharmaceutical batches.
- Plan and adjust production schedules as necessary.
- Address production-related issues in collaboration with clients and logistics partners.
- Lead and mentor production teams throughout the manufacturing process.
Work Schedule:
This position involves staggered hours, requiring flexibility in scheduling.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (with thesis completion expected soon). A strong interest in industrial pharmacy is essential.
