We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Specialist to join our team in AXA XL. As a Portfolio Specialist, you will play a key role in driving portfolio management, underwriting analytics, and governance for the Business Unit APAC (Asia Pacific) and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor product portfolios to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the Underwriting Analytics team to deliver ad-hoc portfolio deep dives and support product CUOs on operational goals and key projects.
- Support the product CUOs in the financial planning process and deliberate portfolio construction strategy.
- Participate in the review and updates of permanent ongoing underwriting product strategies.
- Drive transversal topics for the CUO Office, including Underwriting Business Reviews, inception dates reporting, portfolio deep-dives, and thematic reviews.
- Lead the delivery of key strategic initiatives working closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop yourself in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data-driven approach to define problem statements, develop strategies, and structure the path forward.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to navigate multiple projects and collaborate with senior management.
