We are seeking a highly skilled QSEE Manager to join our team at Eramet. As a key member of our plant steering committee, you will be responsible for leading our Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive IMS strategy to drive continuous improvement and excellence in safety, quality, environment, and energy management.
- Act as a subject matter expert in QSEE regulations and standards, providing guidance and support to site teams.
- Maintain and improve our ISO certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders, including DREAL, Labor Inspectorate, CARSAT, and SPPPI, to ensure effective communication and compliance.
- Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to track progress and performance, including internal SMI weekly and monthly reports.
- Work closely with the Site Manager to define, coordinate, and evaluate the effectiveness of the annual QHSE policy.
- Conduct ISO certification and/or renewal procedures, as well as internal SMI audits and certification audits.
- Participate in monitoring product quality and relations with the Sales Department.
- Ensure compliance with the Arrêté Préfectoral and Internal Response Plan (IRP) requirements.
- Monitor CO2 monitoring plans and participate in drawing up and validating prevention plans.
- Monitor waste in compliance with current regulations.
- Participate in drawing up and monitoring departmental budgets.
- Participate in the organization of the CHSCT.
- Monitor regulations and standards in areas of responsibility.
- Represent COMILOG Dunkerque on Eramet's Competence Groups (ICG), in direct contact with representatives of other Manganese Alloys BU sites.
- Master's degree or equivalent in QSE or a generalist technical field.
- 1st experience in running a Management System.
- 1st experience as an internal auditor.
- Knowledge and practice of Management Systems tools.
- Knowledge and mastery of emergency response techniques.
- General knowledge of QSEE regulations and standards.
- Sense of organization and method.

- People skills: active listening, empowerment and delegation, team support, calmness in tense situations.
- Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.

- English required.
