As a specialized Engineer in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and Plumbing Design and Cost Analysis, you will be instrumental in the technical design and execution of construction projects for our esteemed client.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Evaluation and Enhancement: Thoroughly assess client requirements and suggest technical and financial improvements for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Project Coordination: Engage in design discussions, oversee cost assessments, and aid in the decision-making process for subcontractor engagement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in client presentations, ensure the accuracy of technical outputs, and collaborate closely with a diverse team to maintain project integrity and excellence.
- Technical and Regulatory Monitoring: Keep abreast of technical advancements and regulations, and engage in professional groups to exchange best practices and innovations in the industry.
Candidate Profile:
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on HVAC/plumbing (Engineering firms or construction companies).
Strong design capabilities in residential structures (houses, student accommodations, etc.).
A collaborative team player with the ability to work across various functions.
Familiarity with regulatory standards.
Expertise in residential cost analysis (estimates, measurements, consultations, database tools, detailed breakdowns, pricing, etc.).
