La société réunit l'expertise complémentaire de deux pionniers de l'industrie, l'un dans les technologies de lentilles avancées et l'autre dans le savoir-faire des lunettes emblématiques, pour créer une entreprise intégrée verticalement qui est particulièrement bien placée pour répondre aux besoins mondiaux en matière de vision et à la demande mondiale d'un l'industrie de la lunetterie en plein essor.
Missions Principales- Développement Commercial :
- Proposer des actions pour promouvoir les produits
- Contribuer à l'optimisation des linéaires des magasins d'optique de son secteur
- Concourir au processus de référencement régional des produits
- Assurer la présence et la disposition des produits sur les points de vente : Présentation, Outils de démonstration, publicité sur le lieu de vente...
- Contrôler le bon respect des engagements des distributeurs : positionnement, prix, installation dans le linéaire/ la vitrine, mise en avant.
- Force de Conviction :
- Conseiller et négocier auprès du distributeur sur le positionnement des produits, les animations à développer dans le but d'accroitre les ventes.
- Événementiel et Formation :
- Organiser des animations et la mise en valeur des produits
- Former les vendeurs sur les caractéristiques, avantages produits et leur revente.
- Participation occasionnelle à des rassemblements professionnels
Ambassadeur régional de la marque Transitions, (leader mondial du marché des verres photochromiques) au sein du groupe EssilorLuxottica. Vous aurez pour mission de visiter et développer les ventes et la visibilité de nos produits à fort potentiel auprès d'une cible d'opticiens partenaires.
Vous planifiez, organisez et animez des sessions de formations afin de parfaire les connaissances des opticiens (techniques produits, techniques de vente...) sur votre secteur (50,14,61,27,76,78,95). En plus de ce relai de connaissance, vous donnez les moyens materiels pour communiquer et aider les opticiens à la revente (PLV, outils de démonstration...)
Vous êtes à l'aise à l'oral, autonome et doté d'un bon sens commercial, vos capacités relationnelles, votre pédagogie et votre curiosité seront des atouts indispensables pour réussir à ce poste. Vous aimez conduire et convaincre vos interlocuteurs pour développer les ventes d'une gamme à fort potentiel. Une première expérience commerciale réussie sera demandée. Des connaissances en optique seront appréciées. Le candidat devra être autonome et doté d'un sens commercial et relationnel développés.
