As a Project Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch of new products and the modification of existing ones by promoting customer requirements throughout the project.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop products and processes that meet customer needs, ensuring seamless integration with our global supply chain.
  • Communicate specific customer requirements to relevant departments, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Represent the quality function in the project, ensuring that Johnson Electric's project policy is respected and customer targets are well-defined and met.
  • Implement and follow up on actions according to the project schedule validated with the customer, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Implement preventive and improvement actions to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
  • Manage customer audits, ensuring that our quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project quality, project management, or production (quality, process) with a strong understanding of industrial automation.
  • Engineering degree in industrial engineering (or quality/electromechanical/mechanical) with a focus on quality and process improvement.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate with worldwide clients.
  • Frequent travel (50%) to our group's sites, with opportunities for career development and growth.
