The headquarters of AXA Group (GIE AXA) consolidates our corporate functions, offering guidance and support to subsidiaries globally. As part of the Group, you will join the IT department within GIE AXA Service.
Within this Department, you will be a member of the IT Excellence team, responsible for Architecture, Development, and Cloud expertise.
Your Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise
- Define and maintain technical roadmaps for local distributed infrastructures (Windows, Linux, VMWare, Network).
- Evaluate and validate technical architecture and choices in alignment with AXA entities' requirements.
- Develop and maintain Technical IT procedures (Change Management, Technical Debt, etc.).
- Governance:
- Participate in and support technical governance meetings (ASB, GLAC, etc.).
- Lead the Change Management Board for GIE 3.
- Local Infrastructures and Cloud Platforms Oversight:
- Manage incidents related to local infrastructure.
- Oversee technical debt across all platforms.
- Conduct remediation and patching tasks according to AXA standard baselines.
- Change Management:
- Oversee the Change Advisory Board for AXA GIE with all Subject Matter Experts (Security, Workplace, Architecture).
- Review and assess normal and standard changes and their impacts.
- Generate and distribute reports.
- Assist users with Change Methodology and processes.
- IT for IT:
- Serve as the owner and support for tools: JIRA / Confluence / GitHub.
- Contribute to new projects within GIE focusing on Local infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or container technologies (OpenShift / OpenPaaS).
- Follow-up on IT Skills at CIO Office:
- Monitor technical position interviews.
- Provide ongoing technical support for Project Managers (SSL certificates, DNS, domain names whitelisting, SSO deployment, etc.).
