- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Phone and Email Support: Provide phone and email support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordination with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales and logistics activities.
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics, customer service, and financial management.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in word processing software, with experience in using digital tools and platforms.
- Phone Communication: Comfortable with phone communication, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: 13.31 € per hour
