- Your Role:
- As part of the LPR service, you will assist individuals in swiftly re-entering the workforce by delivering a tailored and supportive program aimed at those who have been economically displaced.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with candidates to evaluate their professional circumstances.
- Support individuals in their proactive job search by helping them leverage their work experience, rebuild their confidence, showcase their skills and attributes, identify challenges, broaden opportunities, and practice effective communication with recruiters.
- Facilitate a collaborative working group, promote the program, generate interest, encourage change, and guide participants towards achieving their goals.
- Enhance their job search strategies and tools while invigorating their efforts.
- Possess a solid understanding of the local socio-economic landscape and emerging sectors. Establish connections with businesses, gather job openings, organize employment events, and engage with recruiters to assist candidates in securing placements.
- Build rapport with candidates, providing supportive guidance in preparing for and following up on their job placements.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, manage your schedule autonomously, and diligently report within the agreed timelines for the service.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in psychology, professional integration, or human resources, with experience in orientation and professional reintegration services.
- Familiarity with CSP programs, training initiatives, and business establishment or acquisition processes.
- Knowledgeable about the local employment market relevant to your application.
- Proficient in digital tools and professional networking platforms.
Your onboarding will be supported by your manager through a comprehensive integration program.
