Marketing Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team at General Mills. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for implementing the brand strategy in the market, including all aspects of the brand's 4Ps (product, price, promotion, and place).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, including commercial strategies, financial models, and brand local adaptations.
- Partner with regional brand teams to develop short- and long-term plans for the brand, considering local needs and market trends.
- Build and implement 360-degree activation plans for the brand, including promotions, in-store visibility, and media.
- Collaborate with our global media agency to develop a comprehensive annual plan to achieve reach and engagement targets.
- Lead the monthly sales and operating process, analyzing demand plan drivers and local market specifics.
- Develop e-commerce strategies in collaboration with regional central capabilities teams.
- Drive brand insights, analyzing external brand, category, and competition performances through Nielsen databases.
- Manage the brand financial model and P&L.
- Monitor and implement corrective actions to achieve annual targets.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school.
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, primarily in the GMS (marketing, category, activation).
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
- Results-oriented and solution-focused, proactive.
- Understanding of consumer issues and the retail sector.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in panels (Nielsen).
- Strong rigor in project management, organization, and planning.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
