Product Design Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Product Design Specialist to join our Product Design team. As a Product Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing user-centered solutions through user research, prototyping, and testing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop products and services
- Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to inform design decisions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
- Experience with user research tools such as UserZoom and What Users Do
- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and design patterns
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Languages:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken
