As a key member of our Finance and Customer Operations chapter, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in providing expert financial guidance, business partnership, and valuable insights to Roche Diagnostics France.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team of Specialists: You will be responsible for leading a team of ~11 individual contributors occupying a variety of roles, including Finance Enterprise Partners, Finance Excellence Partners, a Pricing Manager, Data Insights Specialist, and Data Insights Project Managers.
- Quality of Service and Process Improvement: You will be responsible for the quality of service provided by the team and for continuously improving the processes under your supervision.
- Strategic Vision and Leadership: You will share and engage others in a strategic vision and structure activities in an efficient and collaborative manner.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: You will participate in projects at the department, subsidiary, and EMEA-LATAM region levels, partnering with the business and supporting co-lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
- Financial Advice and Guidance: You will balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities, elaborating with business stakeholders priorities of investments and defining with the business the expected outcome.
- Commercial Strategy and Planning: You will act as a key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business-related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization, and creative strategies for revenue generation.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: You will ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions, coordinating with different parts of the local and global Finance organization.
- Affiliate Responsibilities: You will be responsible for ownership and (co-)leadership of a variety of topics such as local planning and reporting, financial approvals, and external stakeholder interaction.
- Knowledge Management and Process Improvement: You will participate in FEP communities to learn, share, and implement best practices across markets, support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency, and monitor and manage customer performance over the whole contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes-based perspective.
- Team Management and Development: You will manage your team's activities and ensure continuous process improvement, working towards improving knowledge management related to your activity and harmonizing practices.
- Extensive Experience in Finance: You will have extensive experience in Finance with an entrepreneurial, commercial, and customer-centric mindset, ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic picture, strong business and financial acumen, and experience working with and for the customer.
- Knowledge and Expertise: You will have knowledge and expertise of the local healthcare system, market dynamics, and competitor landscape, actively seeking input and building relationships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem.
- Systems Thinking and Analytical Skills: You will have a systems thinker understanding the downstream and upstream impact, strong analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: You will have proven people leadership experience, with enterprise focus, promoting diverse and inclusive environments, and a focus on the right work for the highest impact, growth mindset, and living the Roche Operating Principles.
- Language Skills: You will have fluency in English and intermediate level or plus in French.
