Your Challenges:

1. Preparing Shipments:

• Consultation of customer orders

• Analysis of stock levels

• Analysis of outstanding orders

• Creation of daily shipping schedules

• Production of delivery reports

2. Client Management and Order Processing:

• Integration of customer orders into the SAP system

• Response to customer requests for delivery delays

• Communication with customers regarding reference items requiring corrective action

• Tracking of priority reference items

3. Client Portfolio Analysis:

• Analysis of weekly charges

• Analysis of charges by item

• Analysis of delays

• Detection of customer variations during the firm period

• Communication with the planner regarding reference items with a risk of delay

4. End-of-Process Planning:

• Planning and prioritization of lots on the final production stages according to customer urgency

• Interface between customer and production

5. Periodic Activities:

• Participation in working groups

• Creation and management of new SAP references

• Preparation of customs documents
