About the Role
As a Senior Business Damages Broker, you will leverage your extensive experience to guide clients through complex risk management scenarios and provide tailored insurance solutions. You'll be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, analyzing their unique needs, and developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate potential losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, providing expert guidance on risk assessment and insurance coverage.
- Collaborate closely with Client Directors to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
- Conduct thorough investigations into client claims, analyze relevant data, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Actively participate in tender responses and commercial proposals, showcasing your deep understanding of the insurance market and competitive landscape.
- Implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Your Qualifications for Success
- 15+ years of proven experience in the insurance or brokerage sector, specializing in business damages and risk management.
- A strong track record of success in managing key accounts and building lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is essential for this role.
