Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation & Technologies department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial processes to Cash Collection and Dematerialization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current cash collection processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to streamline cash flow, reduce payment delays, and improve cash management.
  • Implement automated solutions for cash collection processes, such as payment matching, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Lead and support dematerialization initiatives, focusing on reducing paper-based processes and transitioning to digital document management.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of digital documentation into SAP systems.
  • Implement solutions for electronic invoicing, digital archiving, and automated approval workflows.
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports related to cash collection, aging, and dematerialized document workflows.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive improvements in cash flow and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in cash collection or financial operations.
  • Experience with dematerialization projects or digital transformation within financial systems is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in AR, collections.
  • Experience with digital document management solutions and ERP integrations.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
