Job Overview
Join the Digital Usages Department (DUN), a dynamic team of approximately 70 professionals, specifically within the Digital Study and Innovation Service. Your primary focus will be on the deployment of a cutting-edge BIM (Building Information Modeling) solution. This initiative will have far-reaching implications for various stakeholders, particularly in project management (construction/renovation) and public services, as well as technical aspects such as data interfaces and integrations. You will play a crucial role in the early phases of this project, particularly in integrating the solution into the Paris Habitat information system, while also contributing to other projects within the Study department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects using traditional methodologies (V-cycle) in collaboration with the business project manager;
- Oversee implementation efforts with internal technical teams and external partners (vendors, integrators);
- Consolidate and monitor project timelines;
- Ensure the integrity and oversight of technical components, especially concerning system interfaces (utilizing MuleSoft);
- Review and produce technical documentation as needed.
As you engage with this role, you will gain expertise in various aspects of the Paris Habitat information system, with a particular emphasis on BIM for asset management.
Candidate Profile
A minimum of a Bac +4 in Computer Science is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in development or integration projects across any industry. An integration program will be provided to enhance your understanding of our objectives, methodologies, and environments.
Technical Proficiencies:
- Strong command of traditional project management techniques.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced in application development.
- Capable of drafting and formatting comprehensive project documentation.

- Excellent facilitation skills, energetic, and resilient.
