Methods Technician

About the Role:

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and safe production methods at VALEXANE, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production teams to optimize operational efficiency and implement Lean principles.
• Provide technical support to production, quality, and maintenance services, ensuring seamless operations.
• Work closely with maintenance to enhance operational machinery and equipment.
• Contribute to defining and implementing new machines and parts validation processes.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Technical background in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, 5S, SMED.
• Adaptability to industry changes and new technologies.
• Effective collaboration with various departments and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written English, oral skills are a plus for international project collaborations.
