Datadog is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Director to lead our cutting-edge Technical Support Engineering team in EMEA.
About the JobThe Technical Support Engineering team plays a crucial role in Datadog's worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring existing customers are satisfied with their experience. We share technical and product expertise with customers via multi-channel support, demos, and presentations, fostering strong relationships and collaboration within our office culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, develop, and mentor senior leaders in EMEA who oversee various levels of leadership and Technical Support Engineers.
- Align with the Global VP on department strategy and operating plan for the Global Support organization as we scale globally.
This position requires a critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach and uses data to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate has current or recent experience (within the last 2-3 years) working in a Support Engineering or adjacent function within an enterprise technology environment.
Requirements:- Able to work onsite in an office location at least 3 days a week.
- Experience building and scaling a new office location.
- New hire stock equity (RSUs).
- Employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
- Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing.
