Job Overview
The Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) division, part of the Investment Banking sector, provides support to Corporate, Holdings, and Family Office clients on various strategic financial matters. Our team specializes in solutions involving equity derivatives, primary market operations such as IPOs and capital increases, as well as financing secured by shares and related instruments.
In this role, you will be part of the Origination team for France & Benelux within the SECM division, focusing specifically on structured employee share ownership plans (ESOP). These transactions leverage equity derivatives and encompass a variety of components. Initially, your responsibilities will include assisting senior originators in this area, with the goal of eventually leading and executing these operations independently.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Creating tailored presentations for clients, participating in meetings, and conducting various analyses, studies, and simulations;
- Responding to requests for proposals, submitting pricing inquiries, and analyzing responses critically;
- Collaborating with the legal department to ensure proactive contractual implementation;
- Reviewing and providing feedback on information brochures and other offer documents;
- Developing and evaluating investment simulators for subscribers;
- Overseeing operational implementation and preparing monitoring reports in conjunction with the Middle Office team and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A recent graduate from an engineering or business school, with initial experience in banking or finance and a strong quantitative inclination.
- Proficiency in Excel (preferably VBA) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A foundational understanding of equity derivatives and corporate finance (including accounting and taxation).
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities, and:
- Robust analytical, quantitative, and synthesis capabilities;
- A detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and results-driven approach;
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen business acumen.
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
