Site Demolition Team Leader - Périgueux

A leading family-owned enterprise specializing in innovative recycling solutions for ferrous and non-ferrous materials is seeking experienced Site Demolition Team Leaders to join their expanding team in Périgueux.

As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient demolition projects while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards.

  • Client Relations & Contractor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on-site, effectively managing contractors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Team Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee demolition teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to established processes and service quality standards.
  • Resource Coordination & Site Management: Collaborate closely with the site manager to coordinate resources effectively, ensuring a well-organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety rules and environmental regulations on-site, conducting MASE audits as required to maintain compliance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a valid driver's license and ideally holds R482 + R483 certifications.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Has proven experience in site management and team leadership within the demolition industry.
  • Is committed to adhering to established processes and safety guidelines, ensuring a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and rigorous attention to detail, contributing to the overall success of projects.
  • Embraces a collaborative team player mindset, working effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
