We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our hotel products and services, including current promotions and policies.
- Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their requests and expectations are met.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and sales tools.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
