Our agency is currently seeking a Team Supervisor - Roadworks and Utility Networks (VRD) H/F with expertise in Drinking Water Management to become a vital part of the operational team at a company focused on public infrastructure projects.
This is a long-term interim role.
In this position, you will be instrumental in managing construction initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, leading the team, strategically organizing workflows, and maintaining quality assurance. Your leadership and organizational abilities are essential for the success and profitability of the company's undertakings.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing and coordinating site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations.
- Planning and organizing daily tasks, effectively delegating responsibilities to team members.
- Guiding and inspiring team personnel, offering training and opportunities for professional growth.
- Managing the necessary materials and human resources for the successful completion of projects.
