About the Role

Cerba HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team in Mérignac, France. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient records, including updating medical histories, scheduling appointments, and preparing medical reports.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements
