About the Role
Cerba HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team in Mérignac, France. As a Medical Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories, scheduling appointments, and preparing medical reports.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain medical records, including scanning and filing documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing medical reports, scheduling appointments, and managing medical supplies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as medical administration or healthcare management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
