Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing and Brand Development Specialist to join our team at Ferrero International S.A. to work on the iconic Nutella brand. You will be part of an international team responsible for managing marketing projects in collaboration with all departments of the company and external partners. You will have the opportunity to work on our Nutella Biscuits, Nutella B-ready, and Nutella&Go brands, including innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Nutella brand and increase its visibility
  • Manage social media presence and create engaging content to attract and retain customers
  • Collaborate with the Nutella team and trade marketing to develop and implement marketing projects
  • Develop and implement packaging designs to enhance the brand's image
  • Develop and implement innovation projects to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and brand development
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English (Italian is a plus)
