Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Scrum Master to work on various projects, with the opportunity to intervene on facilitation, coordination, and continuous improvement of agile processes. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). They will be a technophile with a strong appetite for new technologies and innovative management methods. The candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, both with clients and internal teams. They will be able to resolve conflicts and promote a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities- Facilitate and animate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.)
- Ensure communication and collaboration between development teams and stakeholders
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team productivity
- Propose innovative and tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Ensure the application of agile practices and continuous process improvement
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust within the team
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team
- Show curiosity and proactivity in learning and sharing new skills
