Junior Appraisal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Appraisal Specialist to join our team at Expertises Galtier. As a key member of our appraisal team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of physical assets and immovable property, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

• Conduct on-site visits to gather information and assess the condition of assets and property
• Evaluate the value of assets and property, taking into account various factors such as market trends, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of appraisal, asset evaluation, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including data analysis and presentation software
