As a vital member of the Campus team at Ubisoft's International Headquarters, you will support the Campus Manager in executing the Campus Management strategy across France. Your role will focus on enhancing our employer brand to attract top-tier students while preparing for the future through the recruitment of our upcoming interns and apprentices.
Your responsibilities will include:
SCHOOL RELATIONS & AMBASSADORS
- Implementing Ubisoft's outreach initiatives at partner institutions: organizing and participating in forums, delivering educational sessions and business case studies, and executing various ad hoc activities.
- Cultivating partnerships with educational institutions and exploring opportunities for new collaborations.
- Actively and creatively contributing to the employer branding strategy aimed at students.
- Supporting cross-functional projects that may evolve, such as the Ambassador network and school relations strategy.
RECRUITMENT OF INTERNS & APPRENTICES
- Conducting preliminary discussions with various managers to identify and understand their recruitment needs.
- Drafting and publishing job postings.
- Reviewing applications and conducting phone screenings to shortlist candidates.
- Leading interviews with operational managers and advising them in their final decision-making process.
- Ensuring candidates receive consistent updates throughout the recruitment process and maintaining a high-quality experience.
- Managing the candidate pool (School Forums) and matching them with suitable opportunities.
- Monitoring recruitment activity KPIs.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS AND INTERNAL EVENTS
- Organizing welcome sessions for 3rd and 2nd-year interns: coordinating with administrative teams, planning the onboarding process, organizing job presentations, and facilitating sessions.
- Planning recruitment events, whether in-person or virtual, to effectively carry out internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns.
- You have a proven track record in HR (School Relations, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding) or in HR Communication, which has fostered your interest in talent attraction topics.
- You are structured, creative, and collaborative, with the ability to propose ideas and unite a network.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a good command of English, enabling you to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- You are eager to work in a creative, friendly, and demanding environment.
