Price Estimator

Eiffage Route is a leading player in the French infrastructure sector, specializing in road construction, maintenance, and urban development projects. From local roads to major highways, our expertise extends across diverse sectors including ports, airports, industrial sites, and commercial developments.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Price Estimator - Construction Projects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the bidding process for various construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimations and competitive proposals.

• Business Development & Project Analysis: Identify potential business opportunities and conduct thorough analyses of technical, contractual, and financial aspects of proposed projects.
• Cost Estimation & Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive cost estimates using industry-standard software tools, considering labor, materials, equipment, and other project expenses. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate data input.
• Partner Selection & Negotiation: Define specifications for required materials and services, research potential suppliers, and negotiate favorable contracts to optimize project costs.
• Proposal Development & Submission: Craft compelling bid proposals that clearly outline project scope, methodology, timeline, and financial terms. Present proposals to clients and effectively address their inquiries.
• Bid Monitoring & Analysis: Track the progress of submitted bids, analyze results following tender calls, and contribute to continuous improvement processes within the bidding department.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Building and Public Works or a related field. Possessing 2 years of experience in construction economy or 3 years in Public Works with a strong focus on cost estimation is highly desirable.
