About the Role

Espace 3000 is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at our Chaumont location. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing repair orders, and ensuring seamless communication with our customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage customer inquiries and requests
• Coordinate with our team of experienced technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Prepare and send quotes and invoices to customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
