We are a prominent School of Commerce and Management located in Rennes, currently seeking a Commercialization Assistant for one of our partner companies.

OPPORTUNITY FOR EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT COMBINED

If you are looking to pursue a professional and diploma-based training in Commerce and Entrepreneurship, this opportunity is for you. You will alternate between studying at the MBway school and gaining practical experience in the company to obtain a Bachelor's degree +5.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contribute to the company's service offering commercialization:

  • Prepare commercial documents and proposals
  • Distribute marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Develop persuasive arguments and sales pitches
  • Make phone calls and follow up with customers
  • Manage customer relationships and data in CRM tools
  • Coordinate information with company departments and teams

Implement the company's customer service project:

  • Segment incoming customer requests and inquiries
  • Create response strategies and communication plans
  • Handle exchanges and interactions with professionals and customers

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree +5 in Commerce and Entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrate dynamics, motivation, and a willingness to learn
  • Exhibit good listening skills and relational capabilities
  • Be knowledgeable about digital tools and technologies

EXPERIENCE/REQUIRED LEVEL:

  • Bachelor's degree +3 or equivalent
  • Contract duration: 2 years
