About the Role
Our client, a leading global company in its market, is seeking a highly skilled Senior EPM Technical Lead to join their IT department in Paris. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of solutions, with a primary focus on consolidation, reporting, and management control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical aspects of solutions, including consolidation, reporting, and management control systems.
- Participate in the enhancement of solutions, encompassing architecture, design, run & build processes, and more.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, as well as editors, to ensure that solutions effectively adapt to the company's evolving needs.
- Maintain various EPM systems (such as OneStream and Anaplan) to adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Oversee a team of developers and functional teams, ensuring system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Manage technical third-party providers, maintenance, and user support efforts, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lead technical discussions to enhance solution quality and development processes.
- Project roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy, and take charge of the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects within the EPM scope.
Requirements
- Finance background, preferably with a master's degree in finance systems or related disciplines, and/or relevant 5 years of experience in team management.
- Specific focus on system consolidation, group reporting, and management maintaining applications related to FP&A and consolidation finance processes.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of both IT and finance EPM tools such as OneStream (or Anaplan, HFM, Tagetik, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective leadership abilities and a delivery-focused mindset.
- Driven, with the ability to cultivate relationships with various points of contact.
- English language proficiency.
