Job Title: Chargé de Maintenance H/F

Recruteam, a leading recruitment and temporary work consulting firm, is seeking a skilled Chargé de Maintenance H/F to join one of its clients' teams.

Job Description:

The Chargé de Maintenance H/F will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of maintenance contracts, including administrative and operational tasks, as well as curative interventions. The successful candidate will participate in the preparation of tenders for contract renewals, program and animate points with maintenance and repair service providers, and establish budgets and coordinate astreintes on management tools.

The Chargé de Maintenance H/F will also be responsible for ensuring the archiving of maintenance documents on PAW, guaranteeing the validity and updating of diagnostics and administrative declarations, collecting regulatory data from syndics, and participating in safety committees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks are essential for this role.
