**About the Role**
VINCI Airports, a leading private airport operator, is seeking a highly skilled Global IT Manager to join its HQ IT team in Nanterre. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in accelerating airport digitalization by leading transversal projects, providing IT expertise, and driving innovation through IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient, secure, and robust IT services to support airport operations.
- Build and maintain common IT assets for the VINCI Airports IT community, aligning with business needs.
- Lead transversal IT projects across airports, ensuring seamless collaboration and standardization.
- Provide guidelines and benchmarks on airport IT solutions, driving best practices and innovation.
- Assess opportunities for new global IT contracts and create business cases for IT solutions.
- Support airports' IT Directors/Managers in their IT tenders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide IT expertise to airport IT teams for major projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Review and advise on airports' IT Capex plans and annual budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Manage the VINCI Airports IT Community, including knowledge sharing, communication, and collaboration.
- Establish and enforce IT standards and best practices across airports, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Facilitate cross-BU IT collaboration, driving innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Support the Business Development Team in assessing new airports' IT and determining IT investment plans.
- Follow up on new BU IT's implementation of post-Due Diligence/Transition action plans.
- Perform IT solutions and technology watch, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Standardize and homogenize IT solutions across airports, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help BU IT departments deliver faster value to their businesses, driving business outcomes.
- Optimize IT solutions budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the airport business and airport business-IT solutions.
- Experience in IT management, with a strong overview of Build & Run functions.
- Senior expertise in IT, including technology, processes, tools, and project management.
- Agile mindset and curiosity, with a passion for innovation.
- Fluency in French and English, with Portuguese and Spanish highly appreciated.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong academic background.
