We are in search of a Senior Client Relations Manager to become part of our public relations team, focusing on both international and local B2B accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of client relationships and assurance of quality across B2B and B2C accounts
- Providing strategic counsel to clients
- Establishing and nurturing robust connections with prominent journalists
- Overseeing content creation and quality control, including press announcements, opinion pieces, pitches, etc.
- Identifying avenues for client positioning and thought leadership
- Investigating new opportunities in public relations, marketing, and digital development
- Contributing to proposal submissions
Essential Skills:
Expertise in public relations and digital methodologies
Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy
Ability to generate innovative ideas and propose effective solutions
Open-mindedness and a solid understanding of current events
Experience in IT, Fintech, or industrial sectors is highly advantageous
Qualifications: Around 5 to 6 years of experience in a comparable position
