Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain governance and control processes to ensure the success of our retail entities.
- Identify and address specific projects and challenges faced by our entities, and develop toolkits, methodologies, and technologies to support them.
- Provide expertise and support to our underwriting community, fostering profitable growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to handle referrals and coordinate with all parties involved in the referral process.
- Develop and deliver training courses to promote best practices in underwriting and raise the bar in technical underwriting.
- 8-10 years of underwriting experience in retail lines of business.
- General knowledge of retail lines insurance products and client segments.
- Experience in project management and working in complex environments.
- Knowledge of programming, SAS, or other AI languages, and Microsoft tools.
- Natural leadership skills and ability to develop structured argumentation to sell ideas and convince stakeholders.
