About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to lead the development and management of our online store in three countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation in the ecommerce space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of ecommerce professionals to ensure the successful execution of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize the online store to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze ecommerce data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Process Automation: Develop and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proven experience with conversion optimization tools, user behavior analysis, and analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, Liquid, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, as well as experience with automation tools such as Zapier and Shopify Scripts and Flows.
