The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading B2B distribution company, the European subsidiary of a prominent American group, to find a talented Financial Strategist. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine operational expertise with financial acumen in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and support to regional directors and the Director of Filial Operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Conduct in-depth reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights into operational performance, driving informed decision-making.
• Lead Business Reviews, effectively communicating financial results and strategic recommendations.
• Participate actively in cross-functional projects, including process improvement initiatives, acquisitions integration, and IT transformations.
• Manage a team of five Regional FP&A analysts, fostering their professional development and growth.

Your Profile

You possess a minimum of 7 years of finance experience, ideally including external audit experience at a reputable firm (Big Four) complemented by corporate experience. Your proven track record demonstrates your ability to meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

• Previous management experience is highly desirable.
• A genuine interest in a Business Partner role, combining financial expertise with a strong understanding of operational dynamics.

You are an autonomous and resourceful individual with a keen eye for detail. Your analytical skills are exceptional, and you possess the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
