Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at Club Med Group. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, leading a team of pastry assistants, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce a variety of international pastries and desserts
- Lead, train, and develop pastry assistants
- Attend and decorate buffets
- Participate in menu creation
- Prepare orders and manage stock
- Ensure adherence to Club Med's standards and hygiene procedures
- Develop staff skills through training and formation
Requirements:
- Experience in pastry production and team management
- Knowledge of traditional pastry, catering, and Viennese breads
- Fluency in English
