About the Role

ADMR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aide Soignant to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals in need, including those with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Diplôme d'Etat d'Aide-Soignant (DEAS) or equivalent recognized by the collective agreement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Permis de conduire (driver's license) an asset.
