About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Technical and Information Systems Department. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for working on our shared platform, serving all our activities, including IoT and MVNO/A/E.

As a key member of our team, you will interact closely with developers, testers, and product managers to continuously improve the services provided to our users. Your mission will be to identify the impact of new features, estimate tasks, and lead technical design teams to meet predefined deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design of itineraries and the enhancement of functionalities
  • Break down requirements into expected functionalities
  • Write and prioritise User Stories according to their value and external constraints
  • Monitor the construction of the product through various team bodies
  • Identify risks, implement a mitigation plan, and raise alerts where necessary
  • Implement measures to monitor the use and performance of the product
  • Track and prioritise anomalies to ensure rapid correction
  • Suggest improvements based on the above points

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer/Telecoms Engineering or a Master's 2 in Information Systems or Engineering Sciences
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, ideally gained in a telecoms or IS environment with a high level of business complexity
  • Knowledge of AGILE methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Ability to work with several teams on interdependent projects
  • Ability to understand a rich and complex functional system
  • General technical skills (front and back)
  • Ability to write, summarise, and analyse
  • Autonomy and rigour
  • Dynamic, responsive, pro-active, and able to put forward proposals
  • Good level of spoken English (used almost daily)
