Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Summary:

Trescal, a leading global provider of metrology services, is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in Cherbourg. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for performing verification and calibration of measurement instruments, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification and calibration of measurement instruments, analyzing results and identifying non-conformities
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, adhering to client priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate documentation, updating our internal production tool to ensure traceability of interventions and providing recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g., DUT in Physical Measurements, BTS in CIRA, or a related License)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in metrology, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and autonomy
  • Valid driver's license (permis B) for site visits
