Grafton Recruitment, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment from junior to experienced professionals, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor security systems and real-time alerts to detect suspicious activities and potential security threats.
• Analyze and interpret security alerts to determine the severity of potential incidents and take prompt action to mitigate risks.
• Participate in incident management, including investigation, documentation, and resolution of security incidents.
• Collaborate with other security teams to improve security processes and policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security tools and technologies used in the Security Operations Center (SOC) and make recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate detailed incident reports and results to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role, with a strong background in security operations and incident response.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• OSCP / OSDA Certification, with knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, ANSSI, and NIST.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
