We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard España SA. Key Responsibilities- Program Management
- Drive the program vision, identify risks and challenges, and oversee future improvements.
- Regularly report on program performance to senior leadership and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of data governance efforts.
- Collaborate with affiliates to align their data governance roadmaps and objectives with the overarching program goals.
- Track and manage core priorities and milestones across all affiliates, ensuring consistent progress and adherence to established timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to affiliates in developing and executing their data governance strategies.
- Foster a vibrant and engaged community of Data Governance Leaders and Data Ambassadors across affiliates.
- Organize and facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage collaboration and best practice sharing.
- Provide a platform for open communication, enabling affiliates to learn from each other's experiences and successes.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) positions dedicated to data within affiliates.
- Develop comprehensive training programs and mentorship initiatives for VIE to ensure their continuous growth and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to VIE, enabling them to excel in their roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Management, Data Science) is required; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in data governance, program management, or related roles within the consumer industry.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, practices, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and communicate program performance effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and engagement among diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in people management, recruitment, and training.
- Proficiency in data-related tools, software, and technologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
- Fluency in English and French.
