Key Responsibilities- Design and develop a robust research infrastructure, including alpha estimation and risk modeling components, to support our crypto business initiatives.
- Build a seamless and modular platform to handle all aspects of quant trading, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop high-performance and low-latency modular systems for live trading and simulation, leveraging expertise in crypto and DeFi.
- Implement robust data checking, transformation, and storage procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop visualization tools and monitors for market, trade, position, and risk analysis.
- Maintain and troubleshoot trading systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Undergraduate or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 0-5 years of professional software and/or quantitative engineering experience in a collaborative environment.
- Strong expertise in Crypto and DeFi, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in back-testing, simulation, and trading systems.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
