We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine F/H to join our team at a prison establishment in OSNY (95) as part of a temporary replacement.
Contract Type: CDD (6 months) - 35 hours/week
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, with one weekend day per month. Opening hours: 7am - 6:30pm

Your role will involve:
- Organizing and managing the production process of meals
- Preparing and supervising the production of hot and cold dishes
- Creating complex dishes
- Leading and training the kitchen team
- Managing menus, supplies, and inventory
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and participating in service
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- Controlling kitchen maintenance and equipment
- Replacing the manager in their absence (menu, purchasing, reception, cash handling, and matrix)
- Mastering computer tools (display, menu, cash register)
You must hold a valid diploma in cuisine (CAP, CQP, BAC, BTS)
You should have significant experience in a similar role with management and financial management responsibilities
You should be comfortable with numbers, organized, and able to motivate your team
