We are currently in search of a Business Analyst with a focus on Credit Risk and Baloise Regulation (F/M) for one of our esteemed banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Decomposing requests into user stories and managing their scheduling and prioritization within the organization
- Overseeing user stories with defined acceptance criteria
- Facilitating functional design and aiding in data modeling for the initiative
- Establishing homologation and validation strategies for developments
- Monitoring project progress and addressing challenges
- Providing production support as needed
- Offering application support
- Conducting user training sessions
- Scope documentation
- Functional specifications
- Story mapping
- User stories and test cases
- Homologation strategy documentation
- Receipt certificates and impact assessments
- Project and Agile documentation

- Updates to the JIRA tool
- Strong command of SQL and JIRA

- Credit risk management and Baloise regulation
- Preparation of regulatory reports such as FINREP, COREP, and NPL
- Education: Degree from an engineering school or equivalent Bac+5
- Experience: At least 8 years in a market finance environment
- Languages: Proficient in English
