I am recruiting for one of my clients, a family-owned business located in the Lens region (62), a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / SECONDARY WORKER M/F to oversee the successful completion of various projects, including public markets (schools, municipalities...) and real estate promotions.

Job Description

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of 3 to 7 construction sites, from start to finish. Your key tasks will include:

• Analyzing technical documents
• Managing project timelines and subcontractor relationships
• Issuing orders and managing deliveries (in collaboration with the warehouse manager)
• Participating in site meetings and drafting associated reports

Required Profile

With a degree from a university or higher education institution, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in secondary work construction (carpeting, parquet, flexible flooring...). You have a good sense of organization and will be working in the regional area covering the departments 59/62/80/60/02. A company vehicle will be provided for your travel needs. This is a management position with no remote work option.
