The Real Estate Project Manager will collaborate with the Global Head of Real Estate and General Services to execute the Real Estate roadmap, encompassing lease acquisitions and the implementation of innovative working methods.
Independently oversee international projects, including financial analysis, lease negotiation, workplace guidelines communication, and construction follow-up.
Support the production of cash flows, analysis, and documentation for real estate projects (lease acquisition, lease surrenders, new fit-out, etc.).
Be responsible for the real estate database:
- Maintenance
- Data analysis
Contribute to the implementation of SCOR's net zero carbon ambition by 2030 in Operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field
